Seeking Admins for my group~

I am seeking admins for my new group

As evident by the front page, this group is new {I’ve just created it today}. As such, I will be seeking out admins to help manage it; while I know that we do not currently have many members to manage, I’m thinking ahead for when the group holds large numbers. I also need them for the times that I am not available online.

However, I understand that there are many different aspects that need to be looked out for in the group, so I will open several different admin positions. Don’t worry though, as an admin you may do all of the jobs, but your primary one should be your main focus.

Here are the different administrators I need [I may add more from time to time, and give them cooler names]:

-Art Sorters: Make sure people submit to the correct folders. If they have not, then decline the deviantation and either resubmit it to the correct folder yourself, or ask them to do so; if the latter, then please tell them which folder to put it in. Also ensure that the images follow our rules [i.e. if we have a rule against bashing someones religion, and a member submits a piece bashing against a religion, please decline the deviantation and explain why].

-Police: Monitor the group for hostile behavior; ensure that everyone is respecting each other and not submitting inappropriate material to the group [such as submitting erotic images]. Keep an eye out for trolls/spammers/harassers, and warn them to stop. If they insist on causing a ruckus, warn them once more. Finally, if they have become an unavoidable nuisance, message me [MeerdereCaidoz], explaining what they have done, and I will determine whether to ban them from the group or not. Ensure that admins don’t abuse their powers.

The Perks:

-You may submit as many deviantations as you want a day [this will become invaluable as our group grows in size]

-May advertise in our group! If you want to have a journal featuring your own group/art/contest/ commission journal, please contact me and I would be happy to make one for you.

-May still participate in contests so long as you are not one of the main judges.

-May be a judge in any contests as long as you ask and we have room for one. You may also suggest any ideas for group contests.

-Place your input in the admin forums on what you would like to see in the “Featured” folder. This can be your art[whether commission, etc, or regular piece of art], other people’s amazing art, art status info, or anything else.

-[I will add/revoke perks as I see fit].
